Shoe Shopping

Now, I don't know about you, but I love to go shoe shopping.  Not that I need 50 pairs of shoes, but if I can find a pair of shoes that is beautiful and on sale how can I not buy them?  So I needed new shoes for my wedding so off I go with my friend Stacey to find some fabulous new shoes to wear with my wedding dress.  So I am trying to decide between wearing high heels and wearing flats or tennis shoes with my wedding dress.  Not quite sure what style until I see what they have out there in the stores.  This shoe was just a really fun shoe.  I decided not to buy it for the wedding, but may buy it for something else one day :) Here was a white shoe that I was looking at..... Considering this shoe for the bridesmaid dresses..... And then this is my shoe that I decided on for my wedding shoe.... And here is another view of my shoes :)  Now, I just have to decide on the bridesmaids shoes :)

Gift registry shopping

The next fun phase in the wedding planning process is going shopping for the gift registry.  So Nate and I were off, first we went to Bed, Bath and Beyond to start our shopping process.  There is so much to think about when you are trying to choose gifts.  What kind of dishes do you want to have?  What kind of items do you want to furnish your house with? What, what, what??? So many things to think about.  What colors do you want each room to be? So we spoke with the gift registry attendant and then we were off...First, we picked out our dish set.. Noritake Platinum Wave 5-Piece Place Setting.  Here is a picture of the dishes we chose. From there we were off to see what other items we should add to our registry.... Dish towels anyone???? Nate thinks I am getting carried away with scanning items.... And then after a couple hours at Bed, Bath and Beyond, we went to Wal-mart and started shopping some more Nate's having fun trying to decide what type of knife set we are going

More dresses....

So the dress shopping continues..on to the next store.  At the next store we went to, they had all different vendors there trying to promote themselves.  There were vendors for flowers, for limo rides and anything else you can think of that would have to do with a wedding.  It was a lot of fun at this store, although a little overwhelming since there was so much going on around us.  The sales consultant started out by asking me a lot of questions to get an idea of what style of dress that I was looking for.... We then got started trying on a few dresses.... Here is a flower bouquet that one of the vendors had on display at the store.... This dress was really pretty, but not quite the right dress for me.... What do you think???? I didn't like how poofy this dress was on me. I love all the beadwork though :) This next dress was beautiful. Looking at the train to see if this is a style that I want to wear. In the dressing room, waiting to try on the next dress
