Tea Party

My sister-in-law came down to visit the family this past week and my mother-in-law wanted to take us girls out to the Tea House.  I have never been to this one before and thought it sounded like a fun thing to do.   Here is a picture of the outside of the tea house.... I took a picture of Carol and Stacey as we were about to  walk in to have tea :) While you are waiting to be seated, there is a little gift shop that you can browse through....Here is a picture of the gift shop. And of course a picture of me enjoying my tea! We asked our waitress to take a picture of the three  of us before we left.  It was really good food and the tea was delicious!!!! If you are ever in Meridian, Idaho I suggest trying Miss Tami's Tea house and Cottage.  It was a fun  day out. Tulips~n~Lace

Moving

Well, Nathan and I decided to buy a house, we will be closing at the end of the month so we decided it would be a good idea to start packing up our apartment so we can pack a little bit every day and have it all done by the time we are ready to move.  So of course, you know the first thing you have to do when starting to move?  It is to collect a lot of empty boxes to put all of your stuff in :) Here is a picture of the boxes stacked in our guest room.  There isn't much room to get in the doorway! We decided it would be a good start to start in our back closet that collects a lot of our stuff.  Here is Nathan sorting  through some of his stuff to see what to pack next.... Packing and moving are so messy.  This is what our floor looked like after about an hour of working.... Nathan is boxing up the stuff in our office.  He  is trying to decide where to put all of our DVDs :) We haven't gotten to far yet, but slowly we are getting

SnowShoeing

A friend of mine invited me to go snowshoeing with her and another friend today. I have never been snowshoeing so I thought it would be a fun adventure. So off we go to Bogus Basin the ski resort to enjoy a fun day of snowshoeing. If you have never been snowshoeing before it is very similar to hiking or cross-country skiing. The weather was beautiful and sunny today. Here is a picture overlooking the mountain before we started out :    This is a picture of Kasia and Justin right after we got our snowshoes  on and were ready to head out on the trails. Isn't this a pretty picture?  This is one of the trails that we went down.... And then of course, once we got down we had to climb back up the other side.  This is a picture of me at the top of the trail we just climbed up and Justin looking back down the trail.  What a workout that was.... I thought I would take a couple pictures of the scenery that we were trekking through.  Below
